Bourne End Chess Club

Welcome to the website of Bourne End Chess Club.

The club is based in South Buckinghamshire and has two teams competing in the Buckinghamshire Chess League and one team in the Berkshire Chess League.

The club meets in the Bourne End Community Centre on Wednesday nights at 19:30 although there may be occasional closures if matches are not taking place.

The Community Centre has a large car park and is conveniently located near Bourne End railway station on the Maidenhead-Marlow branch line (GWR).

The playing venue is comfortable and the Centre has a bar.

For a trial period beginning 2024-09-04, the chess club will offer chess lessons for children between 18:00 and 19:00.
